Therapeutic Benefits

Acupuncture is an ancient medical system used to restore health and healing through the insertion of sterile needles into points along meridians on the body.

The treatment encourages the flow of energy (chi) to rebalance the body. Like a closed electrical system, there can be black outs, brown outs, or surges of chi requiring subtle adjustments. Some of the more common uses of acupuncture include:

Acne/eczema/herpes, addictions, allergies/sinus, arthritis, asthma, back/neck pain, Bell's Palsy, chemo/radiation/surgery side effects, cold/cough, constipation/diarrhea, depression/anxiety, fatique, fertility, gyn disorders, headaches, hypertension, insomnia, muscular/joint pain, sciatica, stress, tendonitis.

A treatment may also include cupping, moxabustion or blood release protocols. After the initial imbalance has been corrected, many people come in for seasonal tune ups to stay healthy.

This work which is known to lead to increased depth of meaning and a profound sense of one’s own humanity, uncovers archetypal, emotional, and physical elements that allow for profound psychophysical change.

Therapeutic massage works on the soft tissue (muscles) of the body. Great for relaxation and stress relief, it has also  been proven beneficial for many chronic muscular/skeletal injuries, conditions, and diseases. It is often incorporated with acupuncture, physical therapy and chiropractics.

Techniques include kneading, tapping, stroking, compression, vibration, rocking, pressure or friction to the soft tissue.

A therapeutic massage makes a wonderful gift, especially for care givers!

Reconnective Healing is a return to an optimal state of balance. It is the result of interacting with the fully comprehensive Reconnective Healing spectrum of frequency that consists of energy, light, and information. Interaction creates coherence and order.

When Reconnective Healing frequencies entrain with our energy body, we emit and vibrate at a higher level of light.
